Smooth Vianova Mobile transition
I moved my business lines to Vianova Mobile a few weeks ago and the process was surprisingly smooth. The representative walked me through activating the SIM cards, which arrived in about 3 days. The coverage has been solid in our area, even in some of the more remote sites our team visits. I also tried out Vianova Meeting for our weekly calls, and it integrated well with our existing tools. The only hiccup was during the initial number porting, which took an extra day than estimated, but their support team kept me updated. It's been a good switch.
Happy with Vianova Mail
We just got Vianova Mail set up for the team, and it's been working out really well. It was pretty easy to migrate our old accounts over, which was a relief. The interface is clean, and I haven't had any issues with spam getting through, which used to be a problem. Good service, quick setup
We signed up for Vianova Fibra for our office last month. The setup was quicker than I expected, took about 7 days to get us online which was great. The connection has been pretty stable, no major drops. My main gripe is that the pricing structure for additional services isn't super clear on their site; had to call customer service to understand all the options for Vianova Backup. Overall, good value for what we're paying.
